TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR KHADIANDCO.COM
These conditions apply to sales of products by Khadi and Co E-Shop to private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only www.khadiandco.com and are not related to any other conditions which are applied in the Khadi and Co boutique in Paris.

HOW TO SHOP AT KHADIANDCO.COM
1. Look through our selection, and choose the items you like. Mark the right color and size, and click ‘Add to cart’ to add it to your online shopping cart.
2. Find the cart icon in the top right corner, and click ‘Check out’. From here, you will be led through our check out system to successfully complete your purchase.
3. Fill in your personal details, and click “Continue to Shipping" to see the calculated shipping price.
4. Click ‘Continue to Payment’ to activate the payment window.
5. Fill in your payment information. Check that all you information is correct, and complete your purchase.
After your purchase is complete, you will immediately receive an order confirmation.
Once the order has been shipped you will receive a separate e-mail with a tracking number.
Once you have placed your order and received the e-mail with your shipping information it is unfortunately not possible for us to make changes to your order.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices shown on the website are in EUR (€) and are inclusive of VAT.
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, and American Express. You can also check out by using digital wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The amount will not be withdrawn from your card before your order leaves our warehouse.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Khadi and Co E-Shop offers worldwide shipping.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, depending on the weight of the order and the shipping destination. Upon entering your shipping address and clicking “Continue to shipping” you will see the checkout total update with the shipping rate.

Should you wish to return your order or part of your order, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return your purchase, please copy the “Return Form” at the bottom of this page, fill out your information and send it in an email to:
Please note that you cannot regret your purchase just by denying receipt of the order.
After informing us that you wish to return your purchase, kindly return it to us at below address as soon as possible and no longer than 14 days after you informed us. We may require documentation that the item has been shipped within the deadline.
Products must be returned in unused condition with all labels and original packaging fully intact and in a re-sellable condition. Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense.
When returning an item, you must pay the direct and total cost of returning the item(s). Upon returning, you are fully responsible for the item(s) being wrapped securely, to effectively avoid damage while they are in transit. Return orders that arrive COD (cash on delivery) will not be accepted.
The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, so we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
Please enclose a copy of the “Return Form” and / or indicate the order number on the package to ease the expedition.

If you have returned an order and the conditions are met, we will refund the amount of the order including the shipping fee you payed at the time of purchase.
If you only wish to return part of your order and not all the items in your order, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Any additional fees such as locally imposed taxes, custom duties etc. will not be refunded.
The refund will be made to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are send to our customers.
Please keep in mind that our handcrafted items are made using techniques that can give small irregularities in the texture. These small irregularities are characteristic to Khadi and Co and are not defects.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.

NEWSLETTER AND COMMUNICATION
We offer newsletters via e-mail. The content of these will often be tailored to you with relevant information and offers. Receipt of these newsletters is voluntary and you must expressly give your consent in connection with the promotion or registration. You can cancel the newsletter by clicking on the link at the bottom of the newsletter.
If your trade is interrupted, we will send you emails reminding you of the products you have added to your shopping cart. We do this as an extra customer service to make your shopping experience as simple and smooth as possible.
Price and availability of the products in the e-mail is based on when you put them in the cart. We reserve the right to change prices during different campaigns with expiration dates. The products may also be sold out.
We also send order and shipping documents, inquiries and follow-up emails related to completed purchases with us.
These e-shop conditions, and any purchase agreement regarding the purchase of goods from khadiandco.com, are subject to Danish law.
Khadi and Co E-Shop cannot warrant that the content of khadiandco.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Khadi and Co E-Shop may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though Khadi and Co E-Shop strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and e-shop, errors may occur. Khadi and Co E-Shop cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site.
